Paul Zilkey - President

Paul is a specialist in sourcing, negotiating, reviewing and closing healthcare finance transactions in Canada with a focus on the dental and pharmacy sectors. Paul's experience includes both the debt and equity parts of each sector which has allowed Paul to develop an extensive network of healthcare focused colleagues, investors and financial institutions he regularly does business with.

Paul began to focus on the Canadian healthcare finance sector in 2015 when he co-founded a private healthcare finance bank with deeply experienced colleagues in the debt component of the pharmacy and dental business sectors. Paul has seen and been involved in the trend towards corporate consolidation in both sectors. As a result, RXDDS Financial now counts several successful aggregators/consolidators/investors among its client base in addition to a large Canadian based financial institution that it sources clients for.

Prior to 2015, Paul spent 12 years as an executive with TD Bank's corporate and commercial finance groups gaining experience in client management, new business development and risk management across several industry sectors including residential and industrial real estate development. After TD, Paul founded and managed a private debt fund focused on providing working capital and project capital to high growth, R&D focused software, life sciences, digital media and other entertainment businesses. In addition to developing expertise in climate related finance, Paul has also acted as Interim CEO and CFO for several small to medium private businesses and along the way been engaged to raise capital for several clients in various sectors.
